He has loved singing since he was a child, and due to the influence of his parents, he became interested in genres such as R&B, SOUL, and JAZZ. After graduating from high school, he learned music through gospel. Utilizing that experience, he became the lead vocalist at the Supernatural Church in Los Angeles, which is famous in the United States. After graduating from school, he studied English at the University of Queensland in Australia for one year in order to become a global artist. After returning to Japan, he formed the three-person vocal unit "post" and released their first album "love" in October 2017. After leaving the group, he started his career as an R&B and pops solo artist SOICHIRO. He is also active as a vocal trainer.
