DJ IZOH 2012 DMC World Champion In 1996, DJ IZOH started his DJ career when he saw a DJ-battle program on Television. He first competed in 2000 for Japan's DMC competition. In 2005 he beat out his competition in Japan's DMC Finals and went on to claim 3rd prize at that year's DMC World Championships. In 2007, he became world champion of WMC DJ SPIN-OFF in USA. From 2009, he toured as the dj for rapper TARO SOUL. In 2011, he entered the DMC once more and won the title in Japan by a landslide, and went on to get the 2nd prize at the world DMC finals. In 2012, he began new Hip Hop unit "SUPER SONICS" with TARO SOUL and took on the DMC challenge once more, only this time he became DMC WORLD CHAMPION. He appeared in many TV shows, magazines, web etc, and was invited to events all over Japan. He collaborated with No.1 Japanese street Rapper ANARCHY, released "60 Minutes of ANARCHY Mixed by DJ IZOH" In 2013 he was invited to DMC US Finals in N.Y. as the first guest DJ from overseas. In 2014 his crew SUPER SONICS released "SCRATCH YOUR WORLD", performing at numerous events and festivals in Japan. In 2016 he made a CM track for AWA Music featuring ANARCHY's lyrics. In recent years, he teaches DJ School, makes regular appearances on AbemaMIX, and participates as a tour DJ for RAMPAGE(LDH).
