Ku'damm is an electronic pop unit based in Kobe City, Hyogo Prefecture. Reye (Programming), who was active under the name Caesar Tongue United, started his activities in 2023 after meeting Minami, who won the 2019 Ikuta Shrine Oumi Summer Festival Karaoke Tournament in Kobe.
