Tokyo-based rapper Lil Taro Boy began creating music around the time SoundCloud rappers were making a significant impact on the scene, and like many others, he adopted the "Lil" prefix for his stage name. This relatable approach resonates with not just hip-hop fans, but a wide audience. In 2021, he released his first EP "Jikan Geijutsu," and in 2023, his second EP "To Me." Since 2023, he has been organizing the Hip Hop / Bass Music party "HOPES" at Solfa in Nakameguro.
