Chihiro Murata

Chihiro Murata

Born in 1986, Chihiro first picked up the trumpet in the marching band of her middle school. Upon entering Waseda University, she began playing jazz with the school bands. After graduation, Chihiro began playing at jazz clubs in Tokyo. Currently, she actively plays as a jazz duo unit named Muratanaka as well as leading her own quartet.
