Singer-songwriter and trackmaker. In live performances, Gen Hiroi showcases a wide range of sounds by playing multiple instruments, such as guitar and synthesizer, all by himself. His genre-defying musicality is what sets him apart. From DJ-inspired performances to ballads played with just a guitar, his versatile style has earned him recognition. At the "Go-Go Award 2022" live showcase at the Ringo Music Festival in Nagano, he won the grand prize. Since 2021, he has released music under the name "GEN," but starting in 2024, he has decided to perform under his real name, Gen Hiroi. In addition to his solo work, he has been expanding his reach by providing tracks for other artists and composing commercial jingles.
