Jun Watanabe

From classics to modern Japanese music, from solos to ensembles, we pursue the possibilities of shakuhachi regardless of Japanese and Western instruments and genres, and also have a wide range of improvisations, sessions, concerts, live performances, TV, radio, commercials, stage, Yosakoi songs and various other recordings. He is developing music activities, performing in Tokyo and his hometown Nagano Prefecture, and also focusing on nurturing the next generation. I offer individual shakuhachi and shinobue lessons in Tokyo, Matsumoto, and Suwa. We are always looking for students.
