MIchiko KumagaiBorn on February 29, 1952 in Shibuya, Tokyo. At the age of 14, she was the vocalist of the girl band "Four Sun-Crea"" During her university days, she joined the light music club and formed "Mood & Rock Music Society" with four men and two women. At the same time, she also played keyboard and vocals in the band "La Shangri-La". Qualified as a Yamaha Electone instructor. From 1982 to 1984, she lived in Canberra, the capital of Australia. In 1986, she started the puppet theater "Mini Theater Harapeko-kun" in Kashiwa, Chiba Prefecture. As the representative, she was involved in puppets, scripts, stage and music production, and created about 100 puppets and over 300 original songs and theater accompaniments. She is an instructor for courses, training sessions and workshops on picture books, Kamishibai, etc. In 1976, she was awarded the Green Ribbon Medal by the Cabinet Office.
