Former MINT mate box vocalist mahocato and guitarist KJ formed a new band prismic on July 15, 2022. The band's name prismic is "a coined word derived from prism, and like a prism. By holding up their music, I hope that people will notice the little light that they couldn't see." It was named from this thought.
