Ry started in 2015 as a three-piece band led by Terutaka Aritomi, releasing their first album 'just passing through' in 2019.In 2020, the band started activities under a new structure with Tetsuya Nakahara, who finished his career with ROTH BART BARON on drums, as support. In the summer of 2023, their second album, produced with the Corona Disaster, was released. The band's style combines a rich musicality that crossovers elements of alternative, indie rock, emo, new age and classical with emotional and bird's-eye view lyrics, resulting in a delicate and powerful sound.
