Artist Profile

TAKASHI SUZUKI

Takashi Suzuki is a singer-songwriter born in 1975. He made his major debut in 1999, releasing three singles and two albums. He is well-received for his acoustic guitar singing, which he developed while touring the country performing on the streets. His signature work is the Acom CM song "Hajimete no Suzuki-kun." He has an image of being a physical guy, but his musicality leans towards soft rock with a high-pitched voice and meticulous arrangements. He has also written CM songs and appeared on radio and television in Hokkaido. He has provided songs for NHK educational programs, and is also active in the band "The Late Bloomers," which he formed in 2016.
