Singer-songwriter based in Sendai, Japan, who mainly performs live on the street. She has been traveling around Japan with a single guitar, and her street live travels have become a topic of conversation. In 2023 December, Rei started releasing songs and in 2024, she started the ReiTodo project in earnest.
