After graduating from Tokyo National University of Fine Arts and Music, she is currently based in Tokyo, where she has two faces, "Wakana Furukawa" and "WACAN," and works as an actress and artist. She is involved in music in a variety of genre-less situations, such as pops, opera, and musicals, and transmits her own expression.
